Meet our leadership team

Romy

Romy Panzera
Managing Director

Romy is a senior executive within the workforce solutions industry. She has held director positions in two top global organisations. She is an innovator within the solutions sector and was an early creator and adopter of workforce-as-a-solution services in the UK before bringing her skills to the Australian market.

Approaching everything with passion, energy and an unwavering commitment to her teams and clients is an essential part of her leadership style. She works tirelessly to achieve the best solution for her clients by listening to their business and technology transformation concerns. She believes talent is the key to success and provides key insights to enable the best solutions, from agile, nimble programs through to long-term workforce deliverables.

Romy is a frequent keynote speaker and diversity advocate and the founder of Next 100 Women in Tech, a program supporting women interested in careers in technology.

As a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors, she is able to understand and provide guidance and governance from a board perspective.

Drina

Drina Razov
General Manager

Passionate about innovation, customers and people, Drina has more than fifteen years' experience in the field, working in operations within the telecommunications sector before joining Viiew in 2010. She has held a wide range of roles within the business where she has honed key skills in operational management, strategy setting and deployment, and team development.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and has also completed a range of shorter professional courses, including Finance for Non Financial Managers (UNSW) and Effective People Management (Australian Institute of Management).

Her core strengths lie in building capability within teams and she loves to nurture and develop talent. Enhancing our 'people first' culture is a particular passion. She loves a challenge and always finds ways to problem solve for customers and find new ways in which we, as a business, can support them in achieving their goals.

Chris

Chris Tellett
National Sales Director

Chris has fourteen years’ experience in sales across various industries in the UK and Australia. He joined Viiew in June 2015 and was promoted through the business to his current role of National Sales Director in 2016.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management from the University of Birmingham in the UK. While he doesn't get much time to play anymore, he is a qualified PGA professional golf coach.

He has a passion for working with people and solving client challenges on a daily basis. A sports fanatic at heart, the ever-changing world of technology sales provides a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which he thrives.

Helen Fox

Helen Fox

National Delivery Manager

Helen has nine years of recruitment experience in Australia and the UK. She joined Viiew in 2015 as a Delivery Consultant, and for the last three years has been working as the National Delivery Manager within the Augmentation and Staffing business.

Helen’s strengths lie within relationship management and stakeholder engagement. She is incredibly passionate about team management and growing her team’s capability, ensuring that they are delivering with excellence.

Louise Potts

Louise Potts

Operations Team Lead

Louise has had multiple roles over the five years she’s been with Viiew. Starting in administration, she is now the Operations Team Lead with a  strong focus on consultant care as well as operational strategy and process within the business.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and has completed short courses in Managing People Effectively (AIM) and Digital Marketing Strategy (RMIT).

She also manages our corporate responsibility program Viiew Cares and is passionate about giving back to the community. Outside of work she can be found playing for, and supporting, her local footy club.

Steve Leigh

Sales Manager - Victoria

Steve has more than 20 years in sales and workforce solutions, developing and building new sales teams in five different cities across both Australia and UK. He has recently joined Viiew as our Sales Manager in Victoria, where he manages both the Viiew and NTT Ltd. augmentation brands.

He has expertise in infrastructure, security, big data and analytics, and automation. He holds a BA Honours in Economics (University of Bristol). Outside of work, you can find him supporting Liverpool, Hawthorn and Lancashire cricket.
